Do you want to show up in your life? Are you seeking a deeper connection with others? Are you striving to live bravely, courageously, and wholeheartedly? The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. It is a psychoeducational approach that supports participants in identifying values and building shame resilience. Over the course of the group, we will explore vulnerability, wholeheartedness, and shame resilience. Groups, led by Erin Iwanusa, LCSW, CDWF, will employ supported discussion, guided exercises, videos, and worksheets to explore how to build trust, live in accordance with our personal values, build empathy, and identify our own triggers to shame. Members will select an area in their life to target during this process, including, but not limited to parenthood, career, friendships, relationships, body image, and community.
Our next group will begin in April, 2021! Check back for more details!
